A photo report in your inbox on the day of the visit

What was found, what was done, what is left to do: everything is documented.

Pest control often happens where you never go: crawl spaces, false ceilings, plant rooms, service ducts. Without proof, there is no way of knowing what was really done.

That is why every technician documents the visit in photos and e-mails you a report on the same day. It is useful for you, your property manager, your landlord or your insurer.

In practice

  • 1

    Photographed findings

Signs of activity, entry points, nesting areas: every finding comes with a picture.

  • 2

    Detailed actions

Where stations or baits were placed, which areas were treated, what was sealed.

  • 3

    Traceable products

Names of the products used and related precautions, for your safety and your pets'.

  • 4

    Recommendations

What you still need to do and, where relevant, the date of the next visit.

A useful document, not a formality

The report follows the four stages of the Verrou Method: what was detected, how it is being neutralised, what was locked out and what will be monitored. You understand the logic of the treatment and why certain instructions matter.

In a block of flats, it lets the property manager keep track of the common areas. For a landlord or short-let host, it proves that a professional treatment really took place.

What the report contains

Date and time slot, address, the pest identified, annotated photos of findings and actions, products used, recommendations and, when planned, the date of the follow-up visit.

Keep it with your paperwork: it records the date and content of the visit and is the reference for the guarantee.

For households

You know exactly what was done in your home, even if you weren't there for the whole visit.

For businesses

Restaurants, hotels and property managers get a dated, illustrated record that supports their food-safety plan or owners' meetings.

Frequently asked questions

How is the report sent?

By e-mail, to the address given when booking, on the day of the visit.

Can I forward it to my landlord or property manager?

Yes. The report is yours: you can forward it to anyone you like.

Will the photos show the inside of my home or business premises?

The technician only photographs what matters for the treatment: signs, access points, stations, work done. He avoids photographing your personal belongings, documents and customers.
