Data controller

The data controller is BTPNE (trading as DeratiseurPRO), 8 Bis rue de la Côte d'Or, 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne, France. For any question about your data: contact@deratiseurpro.com.

Contact, call-back and quote forms

When you write to us, ask for a call-back or request a quote, we collect what you enter: first and last name, phone, e-mail address, postcode or address, type of pest and premises, floor area, urgency, company if relevant and your message.

This data is used only to reply, call you back and prepare an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Online booking and payment

For a booking we process your contact details, the treatment address, the chosen service, floor area, number of visits, date and time slot. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

The address you type is checked against the Base Adresse Nationale, a French government service: only the address text is sent, via our server.

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) acting as payment provider. Card details are entered directly with Stripe: we never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us the payment status and sends you a receipt.

Transactional e-mails and review requests

E-mails about your request or booking (acknowledgement, confirmation, treatment report) are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as processor.

After a visit we may e-mail you an invitation to leave a Google review. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in collecting feedback; you can object at any time. A review posted on Google is subject to Google's privacy policy.

We send no marketing newsletter and sell no data.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Altcha, a proof-of-work check computed by your browser. It sets no cookie, does not track you across sites and uses no third-party tracking service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the website.

Audience measurement and trackers

The website uses no advertising cookies. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) loads only after your explicit consent through the consent banner; Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only then. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Your choice (accept or decline) is saved in your browser's local storage under the key "dpr_analytics_consent". To withdraw consent or change your mind, delete this item in your browser settings and the banner will be shown again.

A strictly technical cookie is used only in the administration area reserved for our staff.

Recipients and processors

Your data is available to our team (office staff and technicians) only as far as needed, and to our processors:

  • Stripe — online payment;
  • Brevo — transactional e-mails;
  • Google — audience measurement, only if you accepted it;
  • our host — website hosting and technical security logs.

Transfers outside the European Union

Stripe and Google may transfer some data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

  • Contact, call-back or quote requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Customer data (bookings, treatment reports): for the duration of the relationship, then 5 years under the French limitation period for civil claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code.
  • Card data: kept by Stripe under its own obligations; we keep none.
  • Consent choice: in your browser until you delete it.
  • Audience data: 14 months maximum in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time and, under French law, to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@deratiseurpro.com or to BTPNE, 8 Bis rue de la Côte d'Or, 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne, France. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about who you are.

Complaints to the CNIL

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to data is limited to people who need it, and payments are handled by a PCI DSS-certified provider.

Changes

This policy may change, for instance if we add a service. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
