Rodent droppings, dead insects and waste water leave bacteria and allergens behind, even after the pests have gone. A cellar, stockroom or flat being re-let needs to be sanitised before it is used again.
The technician first removes visible soiling, then applies an approved biocidal disinfectant, sprayed onto contact surfaces and fogged into hard-to-reach spaces. The manufacturer's contact time is respected and you are told how long to wait before using the space again.

Business offer →What is the difference between cleaning and disinfecting?
Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfecting destroys the remaining micro-organisms with a biocide applied for the right contact time. We do both, in that order.
Do the products leave a smell or residue?
The disinfectants we use evaporate once they have done their job. Airing for one to two hours is usually enough before using the room again.
Do you provide proof of treatment?
Yes. The report states the date, the surfaces treated and the products used; you can pass it on to your landlord or insurer, or show it during an inspection.
