Visits of 30 minutes to 1 hour, 4 to 12 times a year depending on the site.
For a business open to the public or handling food, waiting to see a rat before acting is expensive: closure orders, bad reviews, lost stock. The EU regulation on the hygiene of foodstuffs (EC No 852/2004) also requires food businesses to have pest control procedures in place.
The plan sets up a permanent system: numbered monitoring stations on a site map, visits at a fixed frequency, entry points sealed step by step and a log kept up to date. Between visits, any alert triggers a call-out included in the contract.
