The price of a visit depends on three things only: the service, the floor area and the number of visits. Here they are, no small print.
Price per service
All amounts include VAT. The example is for a 40 to 80 m² home with the recommended number of visits.

How the price is calculated
The first visit
It includes the inspection, the treatment and any proofing that can be done on the spot. It is the 'from' price for a home under 40 m².
Follow-up visits at 60%
Each further visit costs 60% of the first: the inspection and set-up are already done, what remains is checking and re-treating if needed.
Floor area, depending on the service
It counts fully when the whole home is treated (bed bugs, disinfection), partly when more treatment points are needed (rodents, insects), and not at all for a nest.
Floor-area bands
Surcharge on the first visit for a service whose price fully follows floor area. It is smaller, or zero, for the others.

Because the price is known in advance: it is calculated from the service, floor area and number of visits you choose. Paying secures your slot and avoids any haggling on site.
What if the technician finds something else on site?
They explain what they see and what it means. No additional work is charged without your written consent.
Is the follow-up visit compulsory?
No, you choose the number of visits. It is recommended for rodents, cockroaches and bed bugs, though, because it deals with anything the first visit missed.
Do businesses pay the same price?
For a one-off visit, yes: the same price list applies and the invoice is issued in the company's name. Prevention contracts get a dedicated proposal.
