EU food hygiene rules
Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 requires food business operators to have adequate pest control procedures. The visit log is your proof.
Biocides and Certibiocide
In France, professional use of rodenticides and insecticides is restricted to holders of the Certibiocide. All our technicians hold it.

Can you come before opening or after closing?
Yes. Online booking offers slots from 8 am to 8 pm; under a contract we schedule visits at times that suit your premises, weekends included.
Do I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Enter your company name when booking or in the contract: the invoice shows the company, the amount excluding VAT, the VAT and the total.
Can one contract cover several sites?
Yes. Each site has its own station map and log, but you have one contract, one contact and grouped invoicing if you wish.
