Questions from Poissy
Do you work in Poissy?
Yes. Poissy (78300) is part of our area in Yvelines, like the rest of Île-de-France. Slots run from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.
How much does it cost in Poissy?
The same as everywhere in Île-de-France: from €111 incl. VAT for the first visit, adjusted for floor area and number of visits. The total is shown before payment.
What do I receive after the visit?
A photo report by email the same day: entry points found in Poissy, treatment applied, proofing work and a written guarantee.
Can a rat really come up through the toilet?
Yes, brown rats swim and can get through a U-bend. When this is how they are getting in, the technician recommends fitting a non-return valve on the pipe concerned.
Who pays for rat control in a shared building?
Communal areas (cellars, yards, bin stores) are the responsibility of the building's owners' association; the inside of a flat falls to the occupant or the owner depending on the situation. We work for either and can coordinate both.
