Brown rat control in Val-de-Marne (94)
Certibiocide technicians in Val-de-Marne, two-hour slots 7 days a week and a same-day photo report.
Our technicians cover Val-de-Marne from our base in Champigny-sur-Marne. Travel is included in the price, whatever the town.
The price is the same across the département: from €111 incl. VAT, paid online before the appointment.
So the treatment targets its routes as much as the population: locked bait stations on the runs we find, drains and manholes checked, a non-return valve where rats climb up through the waste pipes, and finally every entry hole sealed.

Do you cover all of Val-de-Marne?
Yes, any verified address in Val-de-Marne (94), in two-hour slots between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week.
Does the price change from town to town?
No. The price depends on the service, the floor area and the number of visits, not the town: from €111 incl. VAT everywhere in Île-de-France.
Can a rat really come up through the toilet?
Yes, brown rats swim and can get through a U-bend. When this is how they are getting in, the technician recommends fitting a non-return valve on the pipe concerned.
Who pays for rat control in a shared building?
Communal areas (cellars, yards, bin stores) are the responsibility of the building's owners' association; the inside of a flat falls to the occupant or the owner depending on the situation. We work for either and can coordinate both.
