Mouse control

A mouse fits through a pencil-sized hole: we find every one.

Duration

45 minutes to 1.5 hours, follow-up 10 to 15 days later.

House mice live right alongside us: behind skirting boards, under kitchen units, inside dry linings and ceiling voids. They nibble a little everywhere rather than feeding in one spot, which makes randomly placed bait ineffective.

So our technician sets many small control points on their actual routes, combines secure stations and traps room by room, then moves on to fine proofing: pipe and cable openings, skirting joints and gaps under doors.

Your questions

A mouse fits through a pencil-sized hole: we find every one.

Book a visit →

I've only seen one mouse, should I call you?

+

A mouse seen in daytime usually means a group is living nearby, since they are mainly active at night. It is best to act early: a female can have several litters a year.

Are ultrasonic repellents enough?

+

Their effect is weak and short-lived: mice get used to them. They replace neither treatment nor the proofing of entry points.

Can you work without chemicals in a nursery or kitchen?

+

Yes. In sensitive settings we favour mechanical traps and proofing, with frequent checks.

Shall we take care of it?
