Book a visit →Can you come to Pontault-Combault this week?
Available slots in Pontault-Combault are shown from the next day onwards in the online booking, from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, everywhere in Seine-et-Marne.
How much does it cost in Pontault-Combault?
The same as everywhere in Île-de-France: from €213 incl. VAT for the first visit, adjusted for floor area and number of visits. The total is shown before payment.
What do I receive after the visit?
A photo report by email the same day: entry points found in Pontault-Combault, treatment applied, proofing work and a written guarantee.
Do I need to throw away the mattress?
Usually not: dry steam followed by a full encasement is enough. We only advise replacing a mattress if it is torn open, because the insects can then hide out of reach inside it.
How long do I need to stay out?
Allow about four hours after the visit for treated rooms to dry and air. Vulnerable people, pregnant women and pets should stay away during that time.
