Online booking throughout Paris, price incl. VAT shown before you pay, and a written guarantee.
The town listed below is only a guide: we come to any verified address in Paris.
From €213 incl. VAT, with the exact amount calculated from floor area and number of visits when you book.
Our protocol combines high-temperature dry steam, which kills eggs and adults on contact, with an approved insecticide applied only to the hiding places we have found. You receive a preparation sheet (wash linen at 60 °C, keep bags sealed) and we come back about two weeks later to deal with any newly hatched bugs.

Do you cover all of Paris?
Yes, any verified address in Paris (75), in two-hour slots between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week.
Does the price change from town to town?
No. The price depends on the service, the floor area and the number of visits, not the town: from €213 incl. VAT everywhere in Île-de-France.
Do I need to throw away the mattress?
Usually not: dry steam followed by a full encasement is enough. We only advise replacing a mattress if it is torn open, because the insects can then hide out of reach inside it.
How long do I need to stay out?
Allow about four hours after the visit for treated rooms to dry and air. Vulnerable people, pregnant women and pets should stay away during that time.
