The German cockroach is the one found in kitchens and bathrooms of apartment blocks. It hides in the warmth of appliance motors, hinges and service ducts, and moves from flat to flat along the water risers.
Our gel bait works by a cascade effect: a cockroach that eats it passes it on to others in the hiding place. The technician applies it in precise spots, treats ducts if needed, reseals around pipes and returns once the egg cases have hatched to finish the job.

Cockroaches are mainly after warmth and moisture, and often arrive through shared ducts from a neighbouring flat. Cleanliness helps but is not enough to stop them.
Does the whole building need treating?
When several flats are affected, yes: treating a single flat lets cockroaches return via the risers. We offer managing agents a coordinated treatment, stairwell by stairwell.
Do shop-bought bug bombs work?
They kill the cockroaches they hit but scatter the rest and make gel bait less attractive. Stop using them a few days before our visit.
