On the ground in Versailles
In Versailles, every job for your business or building starts with one simple question: where are the pests getting in? Everything else — treatment, sealing, checks — follows from that, and it's all recorded in your digital logbook.
Our annual contracts apply the Méthode Verrou over time: an initial survey, numbered monitoring stations, visits at a frequency suited to your activity, and a digital logbook that keeps track of everything. Between visits, a report from you triggers a priority call-out.
With state forests, Seine riverbanks and old stone houses, the Yvelines combine wasp nests under roofs, dormice in lofts and mice in the crawl spaces of period homes. Our technicians know these set-ups well and tailor the action plan to the buildings of Versailles.
Four steps to a locked-down building

What the rules require
Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs requires food business operators to have adequate procedures in place to control pests. During a health inspection, the business must be able to show how pest control is organised and monitored.
For residential buildings, the règlement sanitaire départemental and the duty to let housing free of pests apply all year round. In both cases, an up-to-date logbook is the simplest way to prove continuous action.
Can you look after several buildings in and around Versailles?
Yes. Each building has its own plan, schedule and logbook, but you keep a single point of contact for all your sites in Yvelines.
How often do you visit?
Frequency is set after the initial survey, based on your activity, surroundings and the site's history. A commercial kitchen doesn't have the same needs as an office building; the frequency is written into the contract and can be reviewed.
Can the logbook be used during a health inspection?
The logbook gathers what an inspector usually asks for: station map, visit dates, findings, products used and their safety data sheets, corrective actions. It's available online and can be exported.
What if pests appear between two visits?
Report it by phone or email and a call-out is scheduled as a priority. The terms for these additional call-outs are written in black and white in the contract.
